Sri Lanka have been fined for a slow over-rate during their 57-run win over West Indies in Friday's World Twenty20 semi-final at the Oval, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Saturda

I think this is the second time we've been fined. Sangakkara was the vice captain for a long time so he should have an idea of how Mahela ran the show.

Sanga takes ages to set the field and changes it too often, throwing the bowlers off too.

This is not just criticism but constructive criticism..Hopefully appreciated.
