Pakistan need 281 to beat Sri Lanka in 2nd ODI

TM DilshanAfter winning the toss and batting first, Sri Lanka have scored a competitive 280/4 in 50 overs against Pakistan in the 2nd ODI at Pallekele.

Opening batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan scored his 13th ODI century and remained unbeaten at the end of Sri Lanka's innings.

Thisara Perera, who was promoted up the order ahead of Angelo Mathews and Lahiru Thirimanne, hit two much-needed sixers in his 14-ball 24.

Earlier, Mahela Jayawardene joined Dilshan to add 86 runs for the 4th wicket. The Sri Lankan captain made a valuable half-century for his side.
