Sri Lanka don't have the bowling attack to trouble India - Gautam Gambhir

Sri Lanka can trouble India in the upcoming Test series only if they prepare favourable pitches for their bowlers, reckons veteran opener Gautam Gambhir. Sri Lanka are facing a crisis of confidence after an embarrassing 2-3 series defeat against lower-ranked Zimbabwe in the ODIs.

Giving excuses even before you lose...R.I.P. gautum gambhir...I would like to know how the Indian pitches swung the ball to pacers and seamed for seamers against Eng and Aus....Prepare dustbowls ,win matches at home and asks others to not to prepare....

my bet on green wickets but you also need to have bowlers like James Anderson to to that job. he have tormented India time and time again.
you need to have that extra-ordinary skill James Anderson have to trouble Indian batting line up anyone might come closer to do what Anderson can do is Nuwan Pradeep but he won't swing the ball much but his seam skill is perfect. another one shaminda eranga he had a good record against virat kohli he got him out couple of time. he is perfect for those type of condition

remember this india never allow us to win a single series(in all 3 formats of the game) in their home. So we also should need to do same thingas well. So here not only cricketers but even groundstaff and curators need to put their hands up and create wicket that suite to our players which they can win.
India maybe tough team to beat but what about Australia then.
but I know india play better at subcontinent but this subcontinent series different from the rest.
india at the top, Sri Lanka at the bottom,Sri Lanka have nothing to lose that's where resilience comes,India have everything to lose that's where pressure comes.

Looks like India has already decided its going to Sri Lanka to thrash the living daylights out of Sri Lanka good and proper in Sri Lanka this time.

LOL! Looks like there is no loss between the two Cricket mad South Asian neighbours. This series is going to be really fun to watch. As both South Asian countries absolutely hate losing to each other. The reason is both South Asian nations are very proud of their cricketing prowess and abilities. They both passionately believe they are better than the other on the cricket field. I for one will be watching this cricket series between these two passionate South Asian cricketing nations very closely. Either way its going to be a hell of a riveting cricket series Test and limited overs. May the best team win. I for one will be following this cricket series very closely.
