It's nice to see the passion in the SL camp, especially Malinga still bossing around like the captain (not negative.)

Great Win for SL, i like their attitude during the first 6 overs. I feared that when Tharanga went out they would take things slow, but they played as if nothing happened. Excellent Innings from Gunaratne, filling up the role of Mathews very well if not better.

Great pro-active captaincy from Tharanga in the first innings, especially during the powerplay where he coordinated his bowlers with great control keeping Australia's run rate at bay whilst not allowing the Australian batsmen to settle to a particular bowler. It was also a brave move from Tharanga to provide Malinga with one over upfront in the presence of a good opening partnership.

Great attitude and passion shown by the boys. From Seekuge's celebration when he took the catch, Asela and Munawera's brilliant batting, Kapugedara and Seekuge holding their nerves during last overs, Malingas reaction from the dugout and of course Kapugedaras fist pumping after he scored the winning runs is priceless. The dugout footage is a clear indication who are the real leaders of the team. I couldn't see where Tharanga was. Maybe he was chatting with his aliases about what to write about him boasting his leadership skills.
I think it was a great team effort. I suppose Tharanga might take credit as a captain.
