Kusal Perera? Isn't he fit yet?

Poor Upul Tharanga was left in the dark for over 2 months without any match practice since the Super-4 Domestic tournament. What kind of double standard cruel treatment is this by the selectors. Mathews was given the warm up game before test series after his brief break & Dimuth was considered for Odis again on his test form. But Upul had one of the best 3 performing odi batting record in the world in 2017 & continued through 2018... but no chance what so ever in Test cricket as well. Shame...!
