Expected result but worrying signs continue

Lets no fool our selves, the result of this series was always going to be a SA win. This SA team beat world champions and #1 team 5-0 a few months ago! What's worrying is the inability to compete. We are yet to get to 200 in 3 games and batting has looked brittle as it has been for a long. If the SA attack delivered unplayable deliveries it's one thing but we continue to play poor shots to get out and are chasing the game. This last game at long last, we got a decent start but the rest collapsed and the game was gone.

Dickwella has so far been the find of the tour along with Lahiru Kumara who ironically wasn't selected till the 3rd game. Here we have a guy who can actually bowl and we leave him on the bench for the one place where conditions suit him.

There are glimpses of something like Mendis got a great 50 in the first game but it was just him. Next assignment is Bangladesh and unless we make a change we will be challenged at home!
