He is back - Tissera Perera is back in town

Great performance by the boys to square the series. Yes that's right, we just squared the series, like the test series, against a lower ranked team. Top order runs again and what a difference that makes. I still felt we should have got 300 after that start and lost out way but alas, Tissera comes to the party. Now two games in a row he has made match defining 50's. Despite the customary dropped catch we fielded really well for the rest of the game which made a huge difference.

Mendis keeps getting batter and vital knocks by the openers and Gunaratne. I thought Chandi's run out was really really poor!. We had the advantage another 5 overs would have transferred the pressure but somehow, with an easy two on offer, we managed to gift them a wicket.

Kula's opening spell was sensational and set up the game and Dilruwan got two important wickets. All in all good show by the boys and glad to see some fight and a win of course.
