Changing pillows will not

Changing pillows will not cure the headach (replacement by another test-batsman?). Whoever the captain, SL does OK in home series. SL needs eight ODI batsmen to score +300 in wc. Inclusion a single test batsman will spoil the mission with another early exit at England soil. Apparently, reappointing Mathew as captain was a blunder. Then why this decision maker(s) are barred from punishment but only Danus and Vander get severe penalties for their bad decisions? Hope, Ashen, Aslanka and Avishka get chance in Eng ODI series!
