I never really thought about it before, but they have always used local coaches, eh?

Cricket South Africa has begun its search for a new coach and will look "far and wide" for a candidate to replace Corrie van Zyl, it said on Thursday.

CSA will consider foreign coaches, with Van Zyl set to step down after the 2011 World Cup to return to his role at the federation's high performance academy.

So they've never used foreign

So they've never used foreign coaches to date?
And it seems like they're going to follow our path in selecting future coaches, always looking up towards other countries... bad

How long before a Sri Lankan

How long before a Sri Lankan gets the job as coach of a foreign team? I know Ramanayake and Kalpage had a stint with Bangladesh and who can forget Roy Dias' run with Nepal? But I'm referring to one of the bigger fish like England, South Africa, Australia, India or even West Indies.
