Irrelevent question

Irrelevent question you asking old friend. Which rule book says, If a player or official is charged with corruption charges, the whole team and the board is required to be penalised? Give me one example for that. Not in cricket but all around the globe.

If icc accepted sl fan mentality, then pakistan, sa, india and ofcourse sl would have been banned and your cricketers will be seen playing gully cricket in the jungle fields. Ha ha.

And you "really" don't know what ipl is coz this venture is beyond the limits of your thinking. You only say those things what you read in media.

boards and franchises are TWO

boards and franchises are TWO different entities... they cannot be compared.... and also corruption in boards and FIXING is two different things. Fixing is directly involved in the sport...... whereas the corruption in boards is indirect, and yes those countries should have been banned at least for a short period...... SL has never been involved in FIXING like India,Pak or SA...

even in those country boards,

even in those country boards, no officials were involved in fixing, BUT in CSK, RR cases, the top officials are involved: Raj Kundra, Guru etc. so it's fair to ban those franchises

@Deepak Wahi IPL Rule 11.3

@Deepak Wahi IPL Rule 11.3 clause C of the BCCI-IPL constitution, a franchise can be terminated with immediate effect by written notice if "the Franchisee, any Franchisee Group Company and/or any Owner acts in any way which has a material adverse effect upon the reputation or standing of the League, BCCI-IPL, BCCI, the Franchisee, the Team (or any other team in the League) and/or the game of cricket."

No effect on the board only the Team

Ok

@silva : ok, but to much of your disappointment honey, nothing is proven so far. This act comes only when the charges have been proved not framed.

Just like you were justifying perera incident. Ha ha.

And unfortunately just like sri lanka, in india also, rich and influential people like guru gets away using a lot of loopholes present within the system. So these kind of acts cannot even pull a thread out of his shirt. :-D

@Deepak Wahi yes exactly ,

@Deepak Wahi yes exactly , now it's up to the Indian justice system , if Gurunath found guilty it's all over for CSK .. same goes with perera , gayle or whoever comes next .
