Eden Gardens has not been rejected. They are falling back with the construction, so the ICC can't risk playing the first game there in case work is not completed. They will be hosting their remaining matches but miss out on the first game only.

Wankhede and all three Sri Lankan venues have another 14 days to complete work. Their approval is based on completing the venues within the next 14 days. They can still be be rejected if they don't.
