Bombay High Court has very timely exposed scandalous BCCI by questioning even the validity of probe-panel set by it to probe (and to give clean chit) to all those accused in infamous IPL match-fixing. Verdict has automatically put a big question-mark on style of working of members of probe-panel. Retired judges should maintain some dignity of the highly respected posts they held before joining such motivated probe-panels after their retirement followed by their supersonic findings deliberately to suit those appointing them through such eyewash probe-panels. Department of Justice should have a publicized blacklist for such retired judges whose conduct after retirement is not suited for their being in any judicial commission or pr obe panel etc.
