De Silva says experienced pair of Mathews and Chandimal hold the key to Sri Lanka's hopes in 2019 World Cup

We all saw how the super star, Sanath dictated moron role boycotting UT and navigating nosedive. This super star, Aravind is another moron backing up to stick with two faded players (Chandi & Mathew) while keeping away domestic super T20 players such as Banuka Rajapaksa, Kapu, etc away.

Overall SL performance during Nidhahas series was very satisfactory with strong batting contributions by KJP, TP, KM, UT, and fair contribution by Dasun and Danus. Loss came due to 1) short one T20 batsman, 2) bowling was not up to par, 3) dropping Dikka for Chandi, 4) Not including Malinga, 5) Loosing toss twice against Ban. Instead, give credit to BAN for their fighting spirit like real tigers! At the end of the day, the worst cricket organization of tournament got the boot.

I think when all issues are sorted (if they can) the biggest issue will be our bowling. Right now we lack wicket takers or containing bowlers or an obvious choice to do the power play overs. Assuming we can sort out the batting and fielding and some other basics like select the right players, the bowling is an issue.
