Coaching is more challenging than playing - Atapattu

Marvan Atapattu loved those marathon vigils at the crease. He dribbled, stonewalled with a straight blade, shouldered arms and forced the bowler to change his plans. He built platforms for the middle order and enacted rescue acts. He compiled big scores with his white flannels drenched in sweat.
