Would be 'wonderful' coaching Sri Lanka โ€” Gillespie

"It'd be a wonderful job (coaching Sri Lanka), Gillespie said. And while the 42-year-old harbours ambitions to coach an international team, he has reservations about Sri Lanka's vacancy, noting they "haven't had a history of sticking with their coaches for too long".

It's good for both parties
For Jason to build a reputation as an international coach.

In our point of view He is the one who took Yorkshire to back back to back tittles and they were on the verge of a trebble under him.
He is the one behind the sucessful 2nd comings of Jonny Bairstow and Liam Plunkett

Unfortunately like Gilliespie no one will really give a hard thought of taking up Sri Lanka job. No one will ever going to come here to work under Gurusinghe. Coaching job should independent from others. Until that happens I doubt any one really come here to coach.
