'Hathurusingha helped Bangladesh to play fearless cricket'

Mashrafe Mortaza did not forget to give credit to head coach Chandika Hathurusingha as the Sri Lankan helped the Tigers to play fearless cricket. "The coach had many inputs. Today (yesterday) for instance, we did not have a big target to chase, but the intent shown by the boys were great," he said.

Good for BD. This shows the contrast between Hathrusinghe & our local coach Marvan Athapaththu who already paved the way for 4 series defeats within a few months (in India, NZ tests/Odis, WC & now Pak) already & 5th is on the way thanks to him & good for nothing selectors including Mathews..! Keep it up SL

Hathu has had an immediate impact on Bangladesh and should have been SL's coach a while back if not for one of the previous regimes falling out with him over some petty matter. Just shows the shortsightedness of SLC.

Also worth noting the amount of real raw talent comming out of Bangladesh. There are atleast 3 chaps under 20 years who look real talents and 2 are fast bowlers, both took 5fers on debut.

Final point in on the left armer who took 6fer yesterday. This should be a blue-print for SL fast bowlers. The guy hardly touches 135KMH but has serious control and swings the ball AKA Chaminda Vaas! We seems to be seaching for 145KMH bowlers which are simply not available but 135KMH guys with control should be the go.

It seem that BD is back to square one and Hathurusingha's honeymoon in BD has come to screeching halt. SA is walloping BD.
