What if the series is on the line in the 3rd Test?
I hope he is not taking opposition lightly and for granted cos his statements sound like it.

It's a Test match he should be expecting 5 days of high intensity for all the players.

All will be good if SL an wrap the series up in first 2 Tests but given they have not won a series Caribbean with stronger sides and where they are in the Test rankings, and lack of adequate acclimatisation he really can't be making these assumptions.

If they are not fit to play 3 Tests and unable to pass a fitness test prior to the tour then leave them and move on. Yes workloads got to be managed but you need to prioritise and put winning the series as the #1 goal.
