Minister Musthapha looking to expedite high altitude training centre

The Ministry of Sports will pursue the multi-billion rupee high altitude training centre at the Nuwara Eliya Racecourse which has been put on hold by the government over the financial viability of the project. The project which includes indoor and outdoor training facilities at an altitude of 1868m

Not following if this is a cricket facility but high altitude is certainly not a cricket challenge with a few exceptions such at Jo'berg and Pretoria and possibly a few grounds in India but all the major venues such as Lords, SCG, MCG, Mumbai, Calcatta all likely hosts of finals are at sea level.

One thing we could do with green and seaming wickets and it has to start with first class cricket.
