All that will result in is India/Eng/Aus playing 5 tests amongst each other and awarding 4 to SA and a one each to the rest. What is so hard about having a 3 test (ok may be 2 minimum) home and away series and adding up the points. This is the basics of a sporting contest. Countries can make it 5 test (Ashes for example) but the ICC points will be for the first 3 tests only.
