ICC had not cleared SLC of graft, it had cleared SLC of corruption. The two words have different a meaning.

This inquiry is related to match fixing allegations.

To inquire into financial graft, ICC should hire Chartered Accountants. Only they can give a clearance based on their audit findings.

ICC is just a governing body. Regarding finances, why is SLC not publishing audited accounts?
