Some good consolation wins for Sri Lanka at the end after series lost.
Main things were batsmen started stringing together some scores decent both individually and as a team which is positive signs that hopefully they can build on.
Akila brilliant with ball this game after taking some stick in earlier games

Welcome consolation win and great to see Mathews do something to impact a game. Akila beginning to make some big statements as a genuine match winner.
The real challenge is how effective are we on conditions that are flat as we can expect in England for WC. If conditions are remotely seam friendly, the challenge will be greater.

Looking forward to the Thisera and Dasun combo who could be a handy and destructive combination. Hope they don't keep dropping Dasun after a game or two.
