ICC, it is time to ask pardon from Sri Lanka for shallow allegation against Chandimal and management in ball tampering case. It is a punishable crime in public court system in civilized world (except at MCC) for making superficial allegation to ruin reputation of person/entity. ICC have made false allegation about doping against Kusal Perera, charged Niroshen Dikkwella severely in rowdy Rabada case, and now petty allegation against Dinesh Chandimal who is highly respected, very spiritual Buddhist, role-model of Sri Lanka school children, current best SL test batsman, and test-captain, manifested as a cheater. Stop making phony allegations just because you can, and tampering cases found in past, elsewhere. A real cheater can tamper the ball despite the camera observation. A camera is only a supplementary tool. Instead being clumsy, INSPECT THE BALL VISUALLY IN REAL-TIME TO FIND BALL TAMPERING. This is the first crucial evidence. After that, proceed to video evidence. In Dinesh tampering allegation case, ICC does not have real-time evidence that ball was tampered while in play. Drop all charges against noble Dinesh, and two SL heroes, coach and manager. Instead, ICC, ask pardon and leniency from SLC. Nothing to be shame.

Noblest rollmodel in the whole world.... Armen..! LoL

Yeah paalana's picture

Applying foreign substance mixed with salaiva, a moment before shining the ball is breaking the law clearly stipulated in the book. Breaking the law means you are guilty. no excuses can erase that to make him clean or skip the punishment. He should have thought about it before bringing shame to the whole country.
