Does this mean he intentionally took something? Yasir Shah was found after but has already been resolved, and it was so open. Why is this case all hush-hush

Not following what is going on here. I thought he sample tested positive and that is the end of that. What could a lawyer do in this? I presume there is more to this story that we are not aware of.
