Guys, I don't think being able to speak English is a requirement for a captain, nor should we be making fun of it. His skill on the field is what's important. They should have a translator for these interviews, eh?

No where intended to poke fun at Dilshan. Least bothered about anybody's language skills, as long as he performs with the bat.

I did find 2 lines very funny in the photograph. Thought this would be taken in a sportive way. Anyways it's for Hilal to delete ot keep this post.

You guys would've had a problem even if there was some cartoon with these lines abt Dilshan too? Ah come on guys..

Whoever becomes captain will always get some tutoring in speaking English. A more pressing concern is to try and harness his aggression into a winning trait rather than rash decisions. The last thing we want is an Aussie-like captain or another Sreesanth.
