He is one of our best ODI batsmen. We are only winning against Zimbabwe and Bangladesh these days so let us not get carried away. Of course he should play whenever he is fit.

He should not be back to cricket until he is fully fit and certified by doctors. His in and out policy leaves team behind with 10 players to play at critical moments. His uncertainty is a threat to the progression as a team. Even if it takes 1 year for him to recover fully, he should be given time to achieve 100% fitness.

In my opinion, angi is nowhere near fit to play for now... His body bulk is too much for his problematic legs to cope with, and his lack of body balance and footwork at the crease also can be seen nowadays.. I think for him to play, he should go back to the physique he had when he entered the scene, a lot leaner... He's a terrific player, but it harms more than helps us to have our captain missing out every other game...
