This guy can only do is after a series end going to Australia and enjoying the vacation and coming back to SL when next tour do some few preparations.

Then giving some high talks about his coaching credentials to media and after a tour end going back again to Australia with his free salary of 65 lakhs. No one will have such a easy job to earn 65 lakhs as Haturusinghe.

The same thing he did after SA tour end. Went to Australia and spend a vacation when there is major super provincial t20 tournament going on island

It was a biggest mistake srilanka did by appointing Hathurusingha as the Head Coach of srilanka and also bringing Gurusinha to srilanka cricket management. both were brought by S.Pala. Now Pala has done a very serious damage to srilankan cricket, washed his hands and gone. who is suffering now? only sriankan cricket. what a shame. Even you try to Smoke Off Gurusingha he will never ever go.

Lets for one moment agree that Hathu is the worst thing that happened to SL right now, even though we poached him from Bangladesh. So who is the better choice? Who will actually coach SL? Remember Ford? he was ok right? so why did he leave? Remember Bayliss? Marsh? Farbrace? ALL ran.

Stormy, some sri lankan people just want to blame someone. Must be uneducated, doesnt know what critical thinking is.... sigh

Just promote a coach from a champion leading school spending few peanuts. These coaches pick the best based on skills and definitely not based on social/personal ties or devoted loyalty. Our players time to time out-spoken due to frustration / (lack of communication skills) and then these arrogant higher ups viciously boycott them. It happened to Slinga. Now it happened to Dikka who boasted after a good knock that he did not follow batting coach’s advice. What a missed opportunity for young guns to get experience and polished before WC. At the end of the day, loyal deadwoods and idiotic higher ups flourish and SL sinks to next bottom.

Don't forget that SL thrashed Bangladesh in their home earlier this year, under the captaincy of Chandimal. In my view coach is not the problem, Chandika is a very good coach and he should be given a long run.

OUR PROBLEM IS NOT THE COACH, OUR PROBLEM is our players, they have been paid too much for doing nothing, our players DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT MENTALITY TO ADJUST TO CONDITION.. WHAT EVER ITS ..PERFECT EXAMPLE KHOLI..
OUR PLAYERS DOES NOT GIVE 100% ON THE GROUND ..THIS THE PROBLEM..

A joker of a coach. Big talker. Players are looking worse than when he took over the team. He has not found any new talent and going about his business with the same players that were there during Graham Ford's time. SLC will never be the way it used to be in the past. I remember when Hathurusinghe use to play for Sri Lanka, we pray that he gets out as soon as possible, he played a very selfish game and today his coaching style is also very similar. Just interested in finishing a series and going back to Australia to be with his family.
