Gurusingha who destroyed the srilankan cricket from the time he joined as a manager should go home without destroying the Island's cricket any more. what Sumathipala did was offered a job to a jobless man who is not experienced and unknown to the job he is doing. so that is why Gurusingha bugled the job from the inception and still continuing. so Pl. Pl. PLeaseeeeeeee leave the srilankan sricket alone and go home without destroying any further.

If you do the analysis this present Sri Lankan side has 5-6 players who have been in the international scene for over 7 years and now is the time they should really take international cricket like a duck taking to water and plunder loads of runs lead from the front but sadly this has not happened, they have not evolved make the same mistakes and score 50's and get out, this kind of performance by so-called senior players is a real worry for Sri Lanka.

You can get the best coach, administrator whatever but it all comes down to the players they have to win in the middle, If you keeping winning that is when respect is earned and rich boards would come behind you offering you test series. The present Sri Lankan team needs a unifying incident does not matter what it is to make then tougher mentally be it a chucking controversy, ball tampering maybe even a fight in the middle to get that fight which is sadly lacking with this present bunch of timid cricketers. They keep praising opposition cricketer’s performance on social media but how many opposition players praise them is the question?

Honestly Sri Lanka do not have a good school cricket structure though they keep saying we have the best a load of crap, if they have the best by now Sri Lanka should have won the U19 world cup at least once this has not happened, Afghanistan, Bangladesh have a better chance of winning than this lot. The main reason is Sri Lankan school cricketers do not play first-class cricket with the bigger boys that is one of many reasons. India, Pakistan, England etc, young cricketers get exposed to first class at a younger age become more mature in handling pressure situations at the international stage which is shown with them winning the u19 world cup.
