Under normal circumstances, I'd support Bangladesh against India any day, including if and when we've lost to them. However, how Shakib and some of the other players reacted yesterday was absolutely pathetic, and they've lost me as a fan for the foreseeable future.

How he reacted was unbecoming of an international cricketer, let alone a captain, and is certainly not the example you want young kids to be seeing. It was very similar to a petulant child having a tantrum when their parents won't give something that they want.

When the likes of Arjuna decided to walk off the field it was due to a blatant, systemic attack against an individual, and he only did so after multiple no-ball calls. Shakib, on the other hand, threw a fit just because of one umpiring error.

Mr Praveen P for me my most hated team is BAN for considerable time now. Not because of yesterday. If u look from the day day started winning their celebrations are way too much. I do not think any other team have those kind of wild celebrations. Not even India.

BAN forget where they were in the past !!!!. Look closely other matches as well BAN played recently. Their celebrations are wild more than Indian team.

In srilanka we have mammal called polecat (Mugatiya) any type of cobra can be controlled by Polecat. whenever the cobra sees the Polecat cobra is desperately trying hard to run away from Polecat as because cobra is scared of Polecat. whenever the Polecat meets a cobra polecat attack and kill the cobra and eat the cobra flesh. so tomorrow we give a Polecat as a present to Rohit to kill Timid, Foolish, Uneducated, Rowdy, Retard Bangladeshi cobras. unfortunately as the host we couldn't introduce our polecats to destroy these disorderly cobras. and next time we will introduce our Polecat to kill foolish, Retard Bagladeshis cobras.

Statguru.. with our differences in views aside I am with you in this case. Disgusting people .. specially fans. Never hated any team as this much before.

I have never seen such unprofessionalism on a cricket field ever! I used to love the Bangladeshi cricketers and their fans, but now... I will never ever look at them in the same way.

Credit has to go to the 25k Sri lankan fans in the stadium and the captain Thisara for not reacting in the same way as these Bangladeshi's did! If these Bangladeshi's reacted the same way in a different country vs a different team, things would have been very very ugly!

Biggest problem is ROWDYS have started playing cricket. there are so many ROWDYS playing in the Bangladesi team to name some of them Shakib, Mushifar Rahim, Hasan Ect. there are so many in the team but main culprits are these under world figures. see how they acted on the field. i will tell you one very important incident where srilankan Great was at the receiving end. some time back when the Srilankan team was playing against Australia in Australia SANGA was cruising for his record Double century, a ball from a fast bowler hit on Sanga's shoulder and went to slip fielder Ricky Ponting as a catch, by knowing it was not off the Bat Ponting Appealed for a slip catch (Ponting knew if Sanga made that Double Century it was going to be a world record also that was the first double century by a srilankan against Aussies in Aussie.) from the umpire, Head umpire was a very experienced South African Born "RUDY COUSTERT" as soon as Ponting appealed Umpire raised the finger and said it's out, but all the replays proved the ball hit on the shoulder or helmet (one of them i can't remember exactly but 100% sure one of them) and it was the end of Srilankan inning and end of a world record for Sanga and for the cricket history, But for that error Sanga or Srilankan team or any member didn't behave like Bangaldesh ROWDYS behaved the other day and fight with the umpire or Ponting or Smashed a dressing room glass. after the decision Umpire realized he gave wrong decision and deprived a well deserved double century to a Great cricketer, also Sanga accepted the decision and walked back to the pavilion knowing it was a wrong decision. on the way back to the pavilion umpire admitted he made a wrong decision and at the media conference Sanga said Umpires are Human beings mistake can happen from any body that's how Great Sangakkara recacted. this a good example to Rowdy Type Behavior of BANGLADESHI CRICKETERS. Cricket is a Gentleman's Game if you don't know how to behave pl. stop playing without insulting this great game. while playing internationally small incidents take place those small incidents can be tolerated because we are human beings but not the incidents like BANGLADESHI CRICKETERS BEHAVIOR.

We as a nation, specially as a well behaved, friendly, hospitable, kind-hearted, amicable, warm-hearted, Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims and other communities Forget about this cheap Behavior of the inexperienced Bangaladeshi Cricketers and Cheer Both Teams to prove our true Humanity and the kindness to the whole world. There can be few players behave like that but not the whole Bangaladeshi team or the country agree with this kind of behavior like we all the srilankans did not agree with what happened during the past few weeks in srilanka. That is what we should do. then only they come to understand and become ashamed of them self of their Rowdy Type Behavior was wrong.I totally condemn the retard type behavior of Bangladeshi cricketers (Captain Shakib, M.Rahim, Hasan ect.) but I appealed to all the srilankans, to teach them a lesson how to deal with emotions, anger, misunderstanding and howto respect others, by CHEERING THE BOTH INDIA AND BANGLADESH TO MAKE OUR GREAT EVENT A MEMORABLE HISTORICAL ONE . Lord Buddha Taught us that 'Hatred does not Cease by Hatred but by Peace' also the other religious leader Christian, Hindu, Muslim etc. preached the same thing. so we all get together and cheer the both sides.

Don't really care too much and normally I would have preferred to see India lose because of their control on world cricket making things unequal and unfair. However after the other night I am hoping this young Indian side can teach Bangladesh a lesson and the atmosphere is as hostile as ever. No need to personally abuse or throw rubbish etc but the crowd should be vocal in cheers and boos.
It's one thing to dispute and query and umpiring decision, its another to threaten forfeits, and have your reserves act in such a way and then vandalise and damage the dressing room.
