Why blame IPL for this, SLC and ICC both have deprived we Cricket fans of Test cricket.
Are we gonna watch some more ODI's all next year playing against Bangla,Zim, WI etc ?

BCCI does nice deals, get to play 7-8 Tests vs quality teams like Aussies,Saffers.. And look at our board , we just manage WI for a test series. Not to blame SLC too, Money matters and BCCI has lots of them

I would like to remind the BCCSL that they are due for a tour of England.

Seeing as few few tests are planned next year. I'm not sure who England are playing after their series against Bangladesh, but I'm sure they could fit a Test series in?

Also Sujan, the IPL has to take a bit of the blame (as do the ICC). The IPL effectively stopped Sri Lanka touring England last year, and I think there would be more Tests planned if the IPL was not there.

Obviously the IPL is here for a long time, so how about holding it once every two years?

We have to be a quality team in the ring to obtain more series. Keep winning is the formula.

What about the FTP though? Surely it gives all Test playing nations an equal chance?
