Dilshan should play ODIs and T20s for SL as a middle order batsman bcz Danushka and Kusal arent match winners they can score only few runs such as 30 /40 runs but Dilshan is the man who can do it for SL. If a opener fails early DILSHAN should bat at no.3 otherwise he can continue bat at no 6 or 7.
Remember those who vote YES ,Dilshan is the only one who scored a half century in the t20 world cup 2016,only one who took the man of the match award. So plz support him to return to the side and continue playing for SL UNTIL ICC CT 2017.

@Dtharu05 I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not. If you are forgetting, Mathews scored a half century in tougher circumstances in the World T20. Dilshad should get one final game to sign off, and that's it.

If we think about our future Dilshan should have one chance to make his retirement and to salute to his fans... He did great job to sri lanka over 15 years.. No doubt he categorize into Mahela, Sanga, Thilan, Sanath, Murali, Vaas, Arjuna, Aravinda list.... We have to give young players to get the experience.

Lol Australia hasn't had a genuine allrounder since Alan Davidson ? Is he dumb? What about Shane Watson ? Lol

Yep, Roshan Abeysinghe is the guy knows everything about cricket, a born Pundit. He is the one who should decide whether Dilshan (who has scored over 10000 ODI runs) should continue to play or not.
